Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Our warehouse is located in Los Angeles and we offer worldwide shipping.
When will my product be shipped after I placed my order?
All orders that are placed before 3 PM PST are shipped on same day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders inside USA take from 5-7 business days on standard and 2 business days on express delivery option. International orders depend on your location and can take from 10-14 days on standard and 4 days on express delivery option. We use USPS as our main service.
How can I track my order?
Of course. Just insert your tracking code on this website.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of products purchased from our store within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information or receipt, and your contact information. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be issued back onto your credit card from when it is processed. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. In order to avoid unnecessary work you can first send photos at email@example.com and maybe we can help.
Do you offer warranty?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on products purchased through our store and a 1 year warranty on all products. Proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from abuse, accident, misuse. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under warranty. If you bought the product through our vendor, please contact them directly and they will contact us if needed.
